This gravy dish is what I used for my tofu stuffed roast but can be used to top anything from mashed potatoes to cornbread. I must say it tastes like heaven, hehe!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegan butter (I used earth balance)
1 onion (diced)
1 tablespoon flour (I used whole wheat)
1 tablespoon garlic
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt/pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all together well and enjoy.
