I know most have heard of kale chips but this recipe
gives a greater better spin to the normal kale ships. Feel free to adjust ingredients as need be,
but trust when I tell you the actual BBQ seasoning is the BOMB.COM! You can make this in the morning then just eat off the tray (like I do) all day long.
Ingredients:
Kale (as much as you want)
Olive oil cooking spray
BBQ Seasoning:
¼ cup
paprika
2
tablespoons ancho chile powder (or regular chili powder)
2 tablespoons
raw sugar
1
tablespoon garlic powder
1
tablespoon salt (careful on the salt)
½ teaspoon
dry mustard (if you have it-otherwise you won’t mess up if you don’t)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven 275 degrees F.
2. Remove the thick stem from the kale and discard. Tear the
kale leaves into bite-size pieces. Lay the kale onto the baking sheet and spray
evenly with cooking spray.
3. Bake until crispy and browned on the edges, tossing the
kale halfway through, 18 to 20 minutes. 4.
Sprinkle the kale with BBQ Seasoning
and serve.
LOVING FOOD IN PEACE…
