(PICS COMING SOON-AS I MAKE THIS AGAIN)
I love peanut butter and this recipe has it all. You will never know it was not baked with
eggs or milk by the time you devour it hehe!
And the best part is its low in fat because I use PB2 and not oily
peanut butter (what a mess!). So alter
as need be and if you are not a fan of nuts of the peanut butter, duh just take
it out!
Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 cup water
3 tablespoons PB2 (no need to mix with water-just add
powder to recipe)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup nuts (use whatever type is your favorite but make
sure you crush them)
2 cups raw sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a big bowl, stir together the flour, PB2, crushed nuts, raw sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. Next, pour in the water, oil, and vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Spread over a glass baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
